I launched virtual clinics, implemented curbside testing, and developed high-touch family check-ins, maintaining patient connection and loyalty. While other practices closed down.  We maintained a healthy patient base.  I transitioned billing operations in-house, enhancing revenue cycle efficiency. Significantly boosted online reputation.  My innovative strategies for new patient recruitment and stabilized staffing levels resulted in sustained practice growth and profitability over a 6 year period.

Conducted revenue cycle audits, identified sources of lost revenue opportunities, successfully oversaw credentialing, onboarded four new providers within a mere six months.

Gastroenterology 

As Site Manager of the busiest location for one of the largest GI practices in the Southeast, I supervised and developed a 20-person team to support ten physicians. My efforts led to a 15% increase in endoscopy procedure volumes, creating a successful model that could be scaled across the organization. I was honored to receive the G-Ideas Award twice for my commitment to innovation.

Opened 1 new office each year for 4 consecutive years.  Managed the profitability and productivity of 5 office locations, 5 person billing team, and 3 person marketing team.  Partnered with the principal investigator on sourcing clinical research participants within the the practice and general public.
